Pandit Foods Kokum Syrup (Kokam Sharbat) 1L

Sweet kokum syrup for making kokam sharbat, the tangy, ruby-red summer cooler of the Konkan coast, lightly seasoned with cumin and salt. Mix 1 part syrup with 6 parts chilled water or soda. 1 litre bottle.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, kokam extract, iodised salt, cumin extract, colours (E122 carmoisine, E124 ponceau 4R), preservative (E211 sodium benzoate).

Warning: E122 and E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
