Sohum Udyog Thalipeeth Bhajani (Multigrain Flour Mix) 500g

Thalipeeth bhajani is a roasted multigrain and multi-pulse flour from Maharashtra, made with jowar, bajra, rice, wheat and lentils. Mix it with chopped onion, coriander, salt and chilli powder, add water to make a soft dough, then pat it into flat rounds and pan-fry until golden. Makes about 8–10 thalipeeth. 500g pack.

Ingredients (as listed by the supplier): Jowar, rice, black gram, bajra, chana, poha, coriander seeds, ajwain, makal, soybean, wheat, pumin seeds. All ingredients are in powder form.
