One of the rarer 'positive' millets, with an earthy flavour and fluffy texture once cooked. Also known as Andu Korralu.
How to use: Rinse, soak one measure in two measures of water for 2 hours, cook on a low flame for about 15 minutes, then rest 2 minutes. Use in place of rice, or in upma, pongal and khichdi.
Ingredients: Pearled browntop millets.
