Swetha Telugu Chicken Masala 80g

A rich, Andhra-style spice mix for chicken curry, built on coriander, red chilli and garlic with roasted urad and chana dal, black cardamom, stone flower and mace. The masala itself is vegetarian.

How to use: Marinate 500g chicken with chilli powder, turmeric, curd and salt for an hour. Fry onions until crisp, add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, then the chicken, and cook through. Stir in 1 tsp of chicken masala, cook for a minute and finish with coriander leaves.
