Bajra (pearl millet) flour from Pune millers Sohum Udyog, for the rustic bajri bhakri of Maharashtra and Gujarat, earthy theplas and rotlas.
How to use: Knead with warm water and a pinch of salt, pat into rounds and cook on a hot tawa. Best eaten fresh with butter, jaggery or a spicy thecha.
